What we want to make crystal clear to everyone is that we are in no way shape or form affiliated with the Brooklyn location. We do things entirely different , from the way we cook our certified angus only roast beef to baking our fresh Kaiser rolls daily. Our burgers arrive fresh daily from Schweid and Sons, we use their Butcher's Blend chuck, round, and sirloin. All of our frying is done in 100% soy oil, no trans-fat and no cholesterol. Our seafood items are cooked in a totally separate fryer.
